It is a cool product with my treadmill. Which means after some cardio I get to do some upper body workouts. You can add stronger resistance bands for almost full body workout.

I’m completing my home gym with doorway pull-up bar and resistance band set, after seeing this sit up bar! I got it right away! Its perfect for home workout for sit-ups, It hold up my weight perfectly, nice and sturdy. It’s lightweight and doesn’t take large space. Very useful.
During the new coronavirus epidemic, I stayed at home to avoid infection. The gym was closed and I could only exercise at home. Abdominal machine is a good choice.
However it took maybe 5 minutes to build with the simple instructions it came with.You can change the height of the machine to increase the difficulty. It has 4 heights.So far I really like the amount of intensity it gives my core.
