It's a really good price and it can reach some areas that a roller cannot, which helps a lot for either running or biking.
Love this product I live with a bad back injury and the only thing that helps is deep tissue massage, but if you have a partner or friend that can use this on your back and put a good pressure into it, it really helps loosen up the muscles like a massage and bring some pain relief
I was totally surprised by how well this works. For a few years now I've had pain in my right shin. At first I thought I had shin splints, but then it didn't go away and it didn't make sense. So then I thought I must have a fracture and I went to a bone doctor to get x-rayed and to talk. He thought either the pain was from a misaligned spine or a very tiny hairline fracture. Anyway, there wasn't really anything I could do because I cannot afford chiropractic care. So I did some research and heard about these sticks. On a whim I bought this one. Well, I'm very happy I did! When I rub this on my "bum leg" the pain begins going away immediately! Also it seems to be improving the circulation in my legs in general, which has been nice! I get less leg cramps. I highly recommend this!
They had some of these at my physical therapy clinic when I was injured in basic training. These guys worked wonders on my IT band, which is really hard to stretch out, especially when you have a broken pelvis. It also helps me get hard to reach places that I can’t massage. This one is actually a higher quality roller than the one I had there, and a lot sturdier. I really recommend anyone who has any kind of muscle pain pick one of these up.
This is great for people with sore muscles or back pain. You should always see a doctor for back pain and this tool with NOT cure it, but can help manage it. The roller stick was a lot harder than I thought. The material is very hard- but this makes it easy to clean and you can control the amount of pressure that is applied. Great deal, especially given the affordable cost of this at home health tool. Packaged very well too & arrived ahead of time.
