Although I am no Zen expert, I do meditate two times a day. Previously I rolled a blanket to sit on, in order to take the pressure off my knees and attempt to keep my back straight. After only one session with the BodyMate cushion, I realized how effective and worthwhile the product is. The cushion provided excellent support while allowing me to focus on my breath and almost immediately correcting my spinal alignment. Five stars across the board; I couldn't be happier.

I loved the way the cushion adapted so easily to which ever position one chooses to sit in. It’s super easy to take off, wash and fit the outer cover. I loved the selection of colour choice.. and loved the very acceptable price of such a great product.
