HOW QUICKLY CAN YOU ANSWER MY QUESTION?
We answer emails in the order they are received. We typically reply within 24 hours. During peak holiday times, our response time may be a bit delayed.
DO YOU HAVE A BRICK AND MORTAR STORE?
Unfortunately, we do not have a brick and mortar store.
HOW LONG IS THE PROCESSING PERIOD?
Order processing times are usually between 1~3 business days after the day you have placed your order.
GENERAL SHIPPING INFORMATION:
In-stock orders normally ship within 1-3 business days after your order has been processed. All orders ship via UPS, USPS, DHL, or FedEx.
WILL MY ORDER COME IN ONE PACKAGE?
Depending on the size of your order, you may receive separate packages.
CAN I CHANGE MY SHIPPING ADDRESS AFTER MY ORDER HAS BEEN PLACED?
If you notice an error, please email us immediately with your name and order number. There's no guarantee we can change it, especially once it leaves our warehouse, but we'll do everything we can!
WHAT DO I DO IF SOMETHING IS MISSING IN MY ORDER OR IS DAMAGED?
If any of your purchased items are missing or are damaged, please contact us immediately.
CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER ONCE IT HAS BEEN SHIPPED?
Once your order has been shipped, we cannot cancel it.
DO YOU SHIP INTERNATIONALLY?
No, we do not ship internationally.
HOW CAN I TRACK MY ORDER
Simply go to the Track My Order link on the Home Page or in the Main Menu and input your tracking number. If you need further assistance, we are always willing to help you.
DO YOU ACCEPT PHONE ORDERS?
Unfortunately, we do not accept phone orders.
THE TRACKING NUMBER SAYS DELIVERED, BUT I HAVEN'T RECEIVED MY ORDER?
All domestic (U.S) delivery issues become the responsibility of USPS once it’s been shipped from our warehouse or suppliers. We do not offer refunds for lost or stolen packages. You can contact USPS at (800) 275-8777 to locate your package at your local post office.
