Very wide range of motion with this product. It is well made but my body needs to adjust to it lol, my muscles have lost some of their former strength. These wheels force your body to stabilize and tighten. Hoping this will help me lose 40 lbs that has accumulated over the years since high-school lol

I've used these ab trainers off and on these past several months and I'm impressed. Much greater range-of-motion than my older, single ab-wheel. Smooth operation and solid construction along with more exercise options make these ab trainers a great value.
When I was young I did the ab wheel, but as I got older I felt like it was straining my arms too much, which made no sense since i was wanting to target abs. So I got a roller with elbow rests so I could focus on abs. I thought that was great at first, but over time I developed bad trigger points in my left arm and lats due to the arm being in a locked position with no change of angle.....so that's where these come in!! being able to vary your rollout angle even the slightest is going to keep your arms from getting more fatigued than your stomach...it is awesome because you're getting the benefits of the original style wheels, but that little bit of variation in either arm is going to spare you from hitting any muscle more than you're hitting your abs....such a simple improvment, but clearly the way ab wheels should be designed
